   I was returning an electric shower that After opening the cover found it is not a like for like replacement to my old one [manufacturer change the cabling and water intake position). I packed everything in the box nicely and never knew pole was actually missing but i never have it on the box in the 1st place. I was told they will charge me because the pole is missing. I told them i dont have it. They asked me to look again at home and if i dont have it i need to pay fir the pole. Now i need to pay for something i dont have anyway. Will not buy again from this place.
