I've been visiting this cafe the last couple of days and the service has been wonderful. Emma in particular has been amazing - she makes my hot drinks exactly how I like them (extra hot!) and always does it with such kindness and warmth. Leanne has also been lovely and welcoming. Great team and great service!

We went to town and it was time for brunch / light lunch Staff were friendly , ordered a gluten free goat cheese sandwich with sticky fig jam / chutney it came toasted & delicious but quite overpriced Β£7.60 for its size Ordered decaf coffee for Β£3.70 & vanilla oat matcha for Β£4.50 which I really enjoyed They have great variety of sandwiches & cakes that suits majority such as gluten free or vegan options , all food are freshly made and nice coffees and a large fridge with chilled drinks Many indoor tables as well as outdoor seating area , the cafe is super busy & packed with people Staff were working hard to provide your food as quickly as possible

I come here often and am always delighted by the quality of the coffees and service, today however, I also ordered a mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich and it just hit the spot perfectly. Service with a smile from all the staff and the piccolo (courtesy of Clara) was one of the best coffees I've had in a long while! Perfect place to use work with both plugs and coffee!!!!

Cosy spot just in the city centre, located inside the Victoria Centre, upstairs. Food quality is top level, coffees, smoothies and fresh drink available for any taste. Staff is welcoming and will take care of your allergies or requests if needed. You can bring your laptop and have a little treat whilst working or during your lunch break, definitely a great spot to try out.

Classic coffee and cake stop. Friendly and quick service.

Service is diabolical stood 5 minutes being ignored by 6 members of staff ended up walking out . Gives John lewis a bad name. Either close the place or get staff that want to serve customers

Ordered a cold drink (from the fridge) and a tea, when we payed, they took the cold drink off of us We had to clear the table, as we would have for any since no one was cleaning 25 minutes after we ordered, we cancelled the order, since they still had made no progress on the order When we tried to get clarity on timings, the manager was rude and tried to guilt us out of cancelling by attempting to gain rapport with the other customers waiting in line. A Pepsi and boiling water + tea bag should not take 25 minutes It’s be easier, faster and cheaper to buy a kettle from John Lewis and find a plug for tea than go here

Nearly 20 minutes before we got our hot drinks from ordering. Where did you go for the tea, Sri Lanka? India? Definitely not worth the wait either so I don't recommend this place at all
