Good workspace as well as brunch spot. Staff are polite and helpful only thing is the egg dish I had gave me a nasty bout of diarrhea but that might also be because I have IBS and something in the ingredients might’ve set me off. Never really had any issues when I’ve had brunch here before so it was a one off. Lovely coffee too.

Absolutely love speciality coffee for a delicious brunch. We ordered a range of mains and everyone found them fantastic. I ordered the potato hash and my only critique would be offering halloumi instead of avocado as a vegetarian option so it is more equivalent to bacon. That being said, I was given plenty of avocado! They also had a range of coffees and gut friendly drinks. Everything was reasonably priced. The location itself is in town. It is quite a small shop so sometimes you have to wait around 20-30 minutes but it was definitely worth it. I would come back.

Nice food and coffee, but extremely slow service. We had parking booked for an hour but had to extend it as it was not enough to just have breakfast and coffee. Once we sat down, the staff didn’t really check in on us — we only got one menu for the whole table and were told to go up to the counter to order, which meant lining up again. Nevertheless, the coffee and food were delicious and kind of made up for the disappointing service. Just don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

The french toast was like no french toast we get in America. There was a little too much cream if there is a thing but it almost tasted like a donut. It was sugary, crispy, and devine! I'm thankful I do not live close cause I'd want to eat it often. The coffee was delicious also!

I had the Turkish eggs here and they were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was great, and the two waitresses gave amazing customer service, friendly and attentive throughout. Even though it was busy and the food took a little while, it was definitely worth the wait. Honestly, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back

Espresso is really really really nice. The extraction just at the point. Acidity, Sweetness, Fruitiness are well balanced. We order a Filter "Honey Anaerobic" as well. Just WOW !!! Always think Anaerobic Process were all the same. It just blow our mind. Staff are passionate & friendly. A perfect experience. Would come back for sure!!!

Very lovely cafe, some cants aren’t bothered about being around people, no fault probably just get too much attention! Food is very reasonable and entry fee! Love that the cats are rescued others are just pedigrees that have been bought, these ones had their own little back story’s!

Awesome coffee and amazing people. This is a real gem of a coffee shop and Michelangelo is literally a fountain of knowledge of all things coffee. You always get a warm welcome no matter how busy they are. I must have had every style of coffee on the menu here and all have been excellent.

Hands down the best ever coffee shop that I have ever been to! Family-run, with grandma making the cakes. So much love, care and attention paid to every product. The staff are also incredible, with a warm welcome and smile throughout. Was impressed by the knowledge of each of their products too, and the coffees they have are all outstanding. We ate here on two days and the food really is wonderful. Highly recommend both the French toast bun with ricotta and compote, as well as the brioche bun with truffle, mushrooms and eggs. Will definitely return when we are back in Nottingham!
