   A lovely Caffé Nero in the centre of the city. This Nero always has friendly staff who are happy to help. The seating area is clean and comfortable, with classical music playing giving a calm relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee.

   very poor service of coffee and Belgian cake. coffee was overflowing from cup and Belgian cake was sweating like it was not fresh or it had been stored elsewhere. plate that it was served on was wet. table was dirty and had to shoo away flies. on the next table there was a coffee cup that looked like it had been there from the previous day. very disappointed and not the service that I am used to from Cafe Nero.
