   When I came to order was only one guy at the bar I made my order and waiting for it another costumer came and order same drink as me, in that time came another bartender took my cappuccino from trey because I asked in stay in cup and puted in takeaway cup and give to the other costumer ordered after me, that didn’t make sense, never happened before that was really rude

   This place should be commended for its friendly, efficient staff and cleanliness - too many branches of Costa and other chain coffee shops suffer from uncleared or sticky tables, toilets that clearly haven't been checked until the end of the day. Stopped by the Long Eaton store - the place was immaculate, and the coffee hit the spot perfectly. Well done!

   Terrible experience at Costa Long Eaton! Barista asked if I would like whipped cream and marshmallows with my hot chocolate, however neglected to inform me that it comes at an additional cost! Very sneaky behaviour. Furthermore, the cake was the driest cake I’ve ever eaten, I genuinely struggled to even swallow one mouthful, it was so dry the cake crumbled into little pieces when cut into it. Would give a wide birth! Probably better going to a weatherspoons, and that’s saying something!

   It's very noisy in here, not helped by a staff member banging empty milk jugs on the metal counter above the volume of music. The toasties are cooked too long, Saturday's was incinerated to the point the cheese at the edges was burnt. Nice hot drinks, friendly staff, clean surroundings. If you can sort the noise & reduce the cooking temperature /timer, it's great

   This is a really nice branch of Costa, and I'm having to revise my long-held view that their coffee is never strong enough. My americano was delicious - my barista specifically told me it would contain three shots and asked if I wanted it weaker. Which, of course, I didn't. The staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. An enjoyable visit.
