We visited Pausa cafe in Dunelm Nottingham today and wanted to say well done and thank you to the young lad who served us. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and felt he deserved some praise for doing his job well and enthusiastically, which is rare amongst the young in today's society. Thank you young man. Sorry didn't get his name.

Have been to Pausa cafe many times and enjoyed a sandwich/cake etc . Went yesterday ordered a jacket potato with cheese beans plus other items. This was to give to my granddaughter. Half the potatoes was hard so took it back. Was told sorry when bought back and said they had put it in again. While some of the potato was good to eat but it was still hard in places.yes should have taken it back again but granddaughter was hungry so ate what bit was edible which was less than half the potato. . Trying now to find somewhere where I can complain to Pausa direct.

No salad with jacket potato as advertised, but still same price. Tuna tasted very salty. Iced coffee’s not mixed properly and too much flavouring added. Maybe person not trained properly. They did their best I suppose. But won’t be back.

Saw their adverts for the jacket potatoes in the lift. Decided to pop in the cafe at lunchtime to try them. Guess what? They didn't have any. So a toasty it was then. Think it was £5.99. It was OK. Served with a dry bit of salad and crisps. Wouldn't rush back.

Good selection of vegetarian options. We had a tuna panini and a cheese and caramelised onion toastie , these were tasty. However, the chocolate cake slice was extremely dry and taste less. Tea and a oat milk latte .

Offers hot food on the menu, but waits until you order to tell you there’s no hot food!! Is there any point in this cafe?

Food ok when you finally get it. If you’d like to know what growing old feels like then join the queue to order. It’s painfully slow and the staff can be so abrupt and outright rude. Been a few times as I’ve been working nextdoor and popped in on lunch break - delighted that I’ve found a new job and I don’t ever need to come back here. No excuse for this service in this day and age!

Coffee Machine broken again. What is the point with no hot coffee or chocolate. Butties take ages.
