   absolutely terrible service. went to collect my click and collect order and one of the baristas rolled her eyes at me, and i was then asked to join the back of the queue (about 8-10 people long) despite the fact that i’d ordered and paid 20 minutes ago. i get that places like this get busy over the festive period but this is just down to a lack of time management and rude staff. 2 stars as the hot chocolate was nice, when i finally received it

   Admittedly it was busy. However, the staff member was already serving and making the coffee and asking what I wanted with her back to me. I couldn't hear her, I had to ask again. When I placed my order I gave her my Costa points card. I was told to re register it. I had used it the day before with out any issue. A very rushed hardly any please or thank-you from.the staff.

   Had a lovely experience at Costa in Vic Centre today. Batista called Chris (I think) was lovely, polite and made me smile. I was having a bad day but she made it just that little better with her customer service.

   Called in after tackling the Christmas shopping queues. It was very busy but tables were being cleared and cleaned very quickly. Service was excellent. Whilst in the queue I saw a member of staff carry a tray for a lady who had problems walking. I was prepared to carry my tray but the assistant insisted it wasn't a problem. I looked around quickly and commented I'd better use the tall stools so I wasn't taking a table for 4 to myself. I was assured it wasn't an issue and I could go wherever I wanted. I suddenly spotted a table in a corner for 2 which I indicated. My drink and chocolate orange muffin were placed on the table and I was asked to enjoy (which I did). Although a table for 2 it's a squeeze to sit in the corner as to move the table out means partial obstruction of the walkway for the toilet. However only being small build and on my own this wasn't an issue. Having enjoyed my food and drink I had relaxed and felt ready for tackling the Christmas hordes before going home.
