It’s a lovely place. It’s my third time going and I would definitely recommend it. The cats are looked after really well. They are rescue cats but they are all super friendly and great when kids are there from the times I’ve been. They give you nets that you can put over your food to protect it. There’s plenty of loose toys for people to use to play with the cats but they also have lots of places to hide and rest if the cats feel overwhelmed that are out the way of the people there that they have unlimited access to which gives them an option for a break if they need it. All the money spent while there including entry fee(which is only £8) is spent on care for the cats. Sometimes the cats are also up for adoption as well. Staff are always so lovely and welcoming. It’s one of my favourite places to go.

I think that this was an exceptional experience. The staff were kind and the cats were all friendly none of them bit anyone and it looked like my son wanted to stay there because there was a little cat who stayed on my son’s arm he was so happy! Everything was nice and the atmosphere was great there was an amazing build on the roof it was a massive obstacle course, there was a long strip of wood and it was very thin and the cats were walking across it. I was straight above it so I could see some cats put their legs on the side of the plank it was spectacular to see how they built everything. On average 25 cats in the building. They serve food and drinks too.

We happened to find Kitty Cafe quite by accident while wandering in Nottingham, we had no idea it was here. Being a cat loving family with three of our own cats at home, we of course had to pop in for a visit. Despite being just after 5pm, they welcomed us as walk-ins and allowed us to stay until closing. You pay a small fee which goes towards looking after the cats. Then they have a varied menu of cakes, toasties, desserts and the like. I personally felt the prices weren't bad at all. Staff are all friendly and clearly all care about the cats, they were very willing to talk to you about any of the cats you had questions about. At the time of our visit, they had 24 cats in a range of ages. Cats being cats, they all have their own personalities but they're all good with humans, especially when you have food! Have to love ginger boy Paul who tilts his head to the side, he always looks like he's curious. I understand he had an ear infection as a kitten and it's affected his sense of balance which is why he tilts his head. He was a lovely wee boy though. Naturally we had to pay a second visit on our second day in Nottingham, and we will absolutely visit again if we're ever back in Nottingham.

One of the best cafes ever. Naturally you have got to be a cat lover. Spotlessly clean, considering. Wonderful staff and a great place for cats who will eventually be rehomed, rescue centre cross cafe. Worthy cause, yes I am a cat lover! You can fuss the cats who roam about freely. They have their safe places to go. On a personal note I would say that this is not a place for young children who I feel can be a bit intimidating to the more nervous cats.

ATTEND ALL CAT LOVERS, COME HERE! ITS A HAVEN! YOU DO NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE! This place does not do walk ins. OMG, what a fantastic experience/restaurant/ cafe. I absolutely love it!! Cats cats cats!!! Staff really friendly and very chatty and of course a huge love of cats. It's a play ground for cats, all theirs toys and games and cat hide always.

This place was really cute; dining with cats is certainly a unique experience you can’t get at many other places. However, we weren’t aware there was an entrance charge (we happily payed it, but it would have been nice to know beforehand). Furthermore, the food was a let-down. Whilst it looked appetising, the taste was average, and most items were overpriced. The cafe was nice for a one-off experience, but I don’t see myself coming here again.

A great hour, plenty of cats to be seen and played with. Love carrot cake and drink. Very worth a visit, yes you need to pay to enter but we'll worth it. Definitely worth a visit but book in advance as can get very busy
