   The staff in this store are a genuine credit to Costa. This has been the most clean, attentive and friendly Costa we have ever visited. The staff helped carry trays, were polite and helpful and helped carry the additional tray. They came and asked how everything was for us and even helped take our tray away. Service with a smile and care! Best Costa to visit!!

   Standard Costa with drive thru and plenty of parking. Went on a Saturday afternoon so was busy with shoppers and locals. Ordered a mix of drinks and food. Came quick enough despite the queues. Only criticism would be the table was really untidy from the previous guests and staff didn’t clean it - but gave us a cloth to clean it ourselves!

   The staff on the register were not very helpful when it came to dietary needs, they had no oat milk and made it very awkward for my wife. The coffee was very weak but the hot chocolate my wife had she really enjoyed. There is no love in making the coffee everything just looked rushed and slapped on the plate. The only saving grace for this place was a staff member called Sam. She was so nice towards us and our kids. She is a credit to your company and hard working making the place look clean and doing a great job.

   Really great place to sit and get some work done. Very good atmosphere for meeting friends or having a quick coffee alone. Several members of staff have been really helpful in the past. Aidan (I think that was his name) was brilliantly knowledgeable and answered every question I had, very helpful indeed. Some Costa stores have a rushed energy about them but not this one!

   They’ve had major improvements, there’s a much wider choice of products now compared to a few years back. Inside is cosier and decor has been refreshed. The outside seating is my favourite thing about this branch. Some staff could be friendlier but there are others who are lovely.

   Very slow service, ordered Sri k and had to wait almost 10 mins for it. Poor customer service Had to ask for milk to be added to drink Had to ask for forks, twice for cakes
