I wish I could leave a higher rating because it’s throughly deserved! After previously visiting the salon for “model” (said loosely!) for a student exam I had observed Tiana and noticed her skill, kindness and how relaxed she made her clients. I knew when I was due to come back she would be the perfect stylist for me as I suffer with high aniexty and at times can go from quiet to talking a hind leg off a donkey. Tianna is an amazing stylist, very professional and was very knowledged when advising me on colours that would suit me and would go well together. She created a style that was something that was exactly what I had mind but even more amazing. My hair looks strong, healthy and super shiny. Everyone has complemented me on it and said it’s made a big difference to me. I loved my time at the salon and with Tianna and can’t wait for my next appt. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered the Salon, its feels like you’ve entered into an oasis of calm that smells off such amazing coffee. There is a warm ambiance of the log burning fire on the tv, a “ willy wonkas” shop filled with hair treats, sweet treats, coffee and drinks and well as smiles and delights. Tianna came down to greet me and then took me up to the first floor to discuss what I would like to have done. I wasn’t rushed or pushed into anything and was fully involved in choosing my colours . I felt relaxed and welcomed. I was offered a drink (fyi there is a amazing menu to choose from but thier coffee is one of the best and I came home with 2 bags as it’s valuable to purchase), gowned up and then the masterpiece was created. Tianna is a delight to chat to and time soon passed. Next up is the hair wash room. Yes I said room. Up the grand stair case that even my Bambi legs can manage , past the lege that is Heavy Metal Hair Dresser into a calming oasis that has been created to give you the best ever hair wash and treatment experience of your life !!! Ambient mood lighting, relaxing sounds, perfect temperatures , projections on the ceiling (for me it was a Christmas scene. I was told home alone was being played the next day by Simon) I could of drifted off with the beautiful smells of the incense burning … whilst having the most amazing head wash, condition and massage. I Could of stayed there for the rest of my appt. Then back down to have my hair cut and another cheeky coffee. After discussing my cut I had a lovely restyle and went for a off the shoulder bob, it was dryed cut into , curled and finished. The whole experience was amazing. It’s like being treated like royalty from started to finish. The salon is not pushy with extras. I was told the products being used and I asked about them but I wasn’t heavily sold. Any questions I asked during my appointment were always happily answered. Tianna is an absolute pleasure to have as my hair stylist . Thank you Kel

After spending just over £400 and then getting the cold shoulder, my experience at this salon has been very disheartening. I carefully researched hairdressers and chose one whose Instagram photos matched what I wanted. Despite showing these at my appointment and returning for two sessions, the results were far from what I expected. I understood the challenges of going blonde and trusted the process throughout. However, due to my anxiety disorder, I found it too difficult to express my dissatisfaction in person at the salon. Instead, I reached out via messages, only to receive dismissive and accusatory responses before being ignored entirely. (They became unresponsive after I sent photos of my hair and asked for a solution.) My initial visit, costing £225, left my hair nearly untouched from what I walked in with. After my second visit (£183, reduced because the hairdresser acknowledged the first service was inadequate), I saw some slight changes - a small blonde streak at the front go my head - but nothing close to what I asked for. Also to note, the hairdresser took a photo for a ‘before photo’, but surprise no after photo was taken… I will attach photos of the service I received versus what I requested: - Photo 1/2: My hair after two appointments (£408) - Photo 3: My hair after first appointment (£225) - Photo 4/5: What I asked for (photos from their own instagram) *To add I have also been ignored even after making this review*

Grace was so lovely and friendly! She gave my curls their spring back and did such a wonderful job with my cut. She diffused my curls well too so I had a lovely finished look. Thank you so much! It was my first time at the salon and will definitely be coming back!

Its always a pleasure to visit the salon and Derek is an amazing stylist. . Since we discussed a change of style for me and he cut a bespoke version of different images I showed him I have had several people stop and ask me where I had my hair cut which is how I found my way to Derek, asking someone the same question. I think that says it all. The cut, the welcome, the complementary drink and the salon experience are highly recommended and appreciated all round = L P

I got my hair done hair. I asked for a brown balayage. My understanding of a balayage is that my hair is slightly lighter on the ends and it all blends well. I have been growing my hair for a while and I have had a lot of anxiety going to hairdressers, because I don't want to bleach my hair or ruin it really. The lady who did my hair was lovely and I have been here before and not had any problems. When she fist did my hair and explain very well the type of colours and how I wanted it roughly. It looked like I had black, brown and yellow/ginger highlights in my hair. When I was in the salon I told her that I was not happy with it and when I left could see my hair in natural lighting and every angle, I noticed how bad the colour was. I have attached images below and it wasn't just me who said this but also other people. So i went back for another consultation and they said that they would fix this free of charge. So they made it a bit lighter. I honestly do not like looking at my hair in the mirror, it so upsetting. When i left the salon it looked so much ashier and better. The next day i noticed yellow bits that looked like they had not be toned and blonde bits in my hair which i did not ask for. It looked stripy, i have attached pictures so that you can see. On top of that there are bits which are still try dark next to very light colours, this should be blended. Honestly, the worst experience i have had, literally even got me in tears. I called back and spoke to the receptionist. Her name was Tanya, she was so rude me to on the phone, i have every right to feel upset because its my hair and i paid 100. She said yes but you were happy when you left when i explain salon lighting is not ideal and from a very far distance you cannot really notice these things until you go home and have a look at you hair properly. I even said i would book and pay for a toner by a senior stylist instead and she said i would also have to pay for a blow-dry, when i have not before. I refuse to pay an additional 100 for a mistake they made. I wont be going here again, its such a shame because i was so looking forward to getting my hair done and all its caused me is stress. Hopefully you can see in the picture, i have never had a hairdresser mess my hair up so much and i have been dying it since for 6 years now. my natural hair colour is black, but that is not an excuse for given me yellow, ginger hair. Now i have to pay even more money to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I went for the coffee and the vegan cakes and I was not disappointed it was so good and delicious. The sitting area is also very quiet and nice my friend and I enjoyed a nice afternoon there.
