   "Caffè Nero in Beeston is such a cozy and welcoming place. I usually go for the pistachio iced latte, my absolute favorite drink there. The outdoor seating on Beeston High Road is really lovely, inside it feels warm and relaxing, and they also have a beautiful back garden. The staff are always super friendly, which makes every visit even more enjoyable."

   Lovely staff and usually great service — I’m a regular customer and come here every week for a large coffee. However, I’ve noticed something a bit concerning. Every time I order a large coffee from one particular male staff member, it tends to be only about half full. This has happened around four times now, so it doesn’t seem like a coincidence. I understand that every barista might make coffee a little differently, but I assume there’s a standard measurement for each size? It just feels a bit inconsistent and a little disappointing, especially as a regular customer who really enjoys coming here otherwise.

   Tables dirty and needed clearing whilst staff stood chatting - I had to ask for my table to be cleaned when the food was brought to me otherwise they were quite happy for me to eat at a dirty table. One waiter patted a dog but didn't wash his hands afterwards.

   usually love this place, but got my uber eats order wrong, handed out the entire wrong order to the delivery guy, and now when i’m trying to contact them they can’t pick up their phone???? i’ve called the establishment 12+ times and it’s rung out each time.

   Very disappointed. Used to enjoy visiting but now quite scruffy with dirty walls and bad customer service. The two staff were focused on talking to each other, got our order wrong and then one was munching on a bag of crisps. They then stroked customers' dogs!!
