Brought a pair of rudds wellies in October 2022. They have only lasted Four months now starting to Split .tried contacting company with no response. Waste of money
Don't waste your money! Price of these wellies is not reflective of the poor quality! Mine split and didn't even last for 2 winters. I only use them to walk the dog and looked after them well. These are made for fashion not for durable use! Custom service is also really dismissive and poor, they have my money so are not interested. I am also aware that they have removed my posts off social media to hide from public view.. You only get to see the positive feedback! Very misleading! Dont be fooled.
I purchased my first pair of Rudds from Hoys 2018 they didn't have my size in the colour on the stand agreed to have them posted on received them about Dec/Jan time really comfy come August they had split. Rudds did replace them which you would think the guarantee would start again, well it doesn't aix months down the line new boots have also split, this time they don't want to know. My query is if you are, selling expensive wellies to horse people they have to be hard wearing very dissapointed in their service these boots are really for the person that may do the odd escape from the town to do an odd country walk they are not for pure country life as they are complete expensive rubbish wish I had stuck with le chameau.
I purchased a pair of these ridiculously expensive riding wellies 19th October 2018. They split after less than a years use. I advised the company of my dissatisfaction on 30th October 2019. They would do nothing other than offer a discount on my next pair. I will be buying no more Rudd’s wellies, they are no better than cheap and cheerful off the shelf wellies. Think long and hard before you fork out a fortune for yours!
I've had many wellies over the years and hands down these are the best. Rudds are so warm and comfortable. I wear them most weekends walking, and they have been a must take on my summer festival route - I will definitely be taking them to Glastonbury this year. Rudds you rock!
Completely and totally in love with my Rudds. Not only the best and most comfortable wellies I have ever owned, they’re the most amazing of any kind of footwear I’ve ever had! If you’re unsure pop in to the shop and put your foot in one and you’ll know what I mean!
