Mark was really helpful cut me a piece to match gave me lots of information on sanding and treating the wood went above and beyond to help me.    We have a very deep, narrow under worktop cupboard in our kitchen and were looking for a drawer solution to provide easy access to the cupboard items. There was an added complication that the cupboard door did not fully open due to the handle opening against another unit. We spoke at length with Mark (young) and explained what we wanted, he suggested they would be able to make bespoke drawers to fit our specifications and get around the issue of the door opening. We ordered them on the Saturday and collected the drawers on the following Thursday, when Mark provided my husband with guidance about how to fit them, allowing for the door opening situation. My husband has now fitted them with no problem at all. We are extremely pleased with the quality and finish of the drawers. I can now readily get anything out of the cupboard without having to get on my hands and knees to reach the back.

   Was recommended SwiftSave by a family friend and had my new kitchen fitted 2 weeks ago. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant. The kitchen fitter John & labourer Sean were fantastic who went above & beyond. From start to finish the process was seamless. I couldn’t recommend highly, I would definitely use again & now my daughter is thinking of having her kitchen done!I cannot thank as well the lovely Annette who I met the first time I went to swiftsave she went above and beyond showing me around what I could have on my budget she came out to do my survey and was very helpful if I had any questions always messaged me if she wasn’t in the branch couldn’t ask for a better person thanks again I highly recommend swiftsave

   Popped in with friend who took ages to decide what they wanted. Gentleman moved our purchases onto trolley, out to car and helped rearrange to get into the car. He was very polite, helpful and congenial and respectful. An excellent advert for any company. That is not to say the other staff were anything but helpful and polite as well. He was just outstanding. Friend is very happy with her purchases and intends to go back for additional cupboard fronts and drawers.

   This place sells lots of built in furniture which has been superceded and then is excess to requirements. They deal mainly in kitchen and bedroom stuff but the shop is huge and if you need to do any diy mods or need any new kitchen cabinet doors, this is a great place to visit.

   This is 2nd time have used swift and NEVER EVER AGAIN . 1st kitchen was over 10 years ago. No real problems. We were happy. So chose to go back to Mark for new kitchen again after moving house. He assured us his fitters were just as good as conscientious as the previous ones. Job was, to fit complete kitchen including plastering work. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Be warned ! Kitchen has only been in 9 months as of 2/22 We have had nothing but problems. Fitters never did a full days work, the finish is appalling. We tried to hold payment back from them until they resolved the issues, unfortunately they were making things worse, and just wanted their money. We paid them to get them out of our home, and took our issues back to Swift. There are so many problems, I would honestly be here all day listing them. Here are main ones. Cut worktops incorrectly, resulting in no overhang and not meeting wall so couldn't tile. Were told only way round it was to use standups. Mark said fitters should have ordered oversized worktops and have scribed them to ensure correct fit ??? We had to pay half for these standups, although no fault of our own. Paid £225 extra for floor levelling , the floor tiles are that bad you trip over them, and they have poured it around legs of dishwasher. Have had to pay for toughened safety glass for behind fitted hob, as standup was getting very hot, and scared of it setting fire. Have since been told, shouldn't have standups with gas appliance. Mark never said when he was selling it to us ! As with last kitchen Swift measure up, yet twice now we were left with large excess of tiles. Yet when you return them only 1st box is full refund rest is not. So make sure you only pay up front for what you need. ... they seem to be making extra money all ways. Tile choice give full refunds on ALL tiles ! The ongoing issue has and is fitting of the extractor unit. 1st one was was dented and broken and making a horrendous noise, but still installed anyway... and not installed correctly either. When we noticed we complained and were sent another. Another fitter came out, and to be fair did his absolute best, unfortunately the damage had already been done. The only way round it was spacers to hold it off wall to keep it level. Which yet again for a quiet life we accepted and shouldn't have. The extractor is now making noises yet again, we have contacted Swift and have had no reply, as they know it's a can of worms. THANKS SWIFT ! Obviously, take your money and run merchants. Have left me no choice but to leave this review.

   Had a kitchen refurb and i am delighted with the results. Mark did an excellent job of measuring and advising, thank you Mark. The fitters did a great job, their work is a high standard and they left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day, thank you Kev and Paul, and I have to give a special thanks to Jess who dealt with all my questions and anxieties, Jess, you have so much patience! I am thrilled with the result, the kitchen is good quality and just what i wanted! I highly recommend this company and their goods, Thanks to you all for making it possible.
