I had a deep clean done on Friday and OMG! What a wonderful experience. She did such a marvellous job. She literally cleaned from head to toe including inside my bathroom cabinet and sink vanity drawers. I would absolutely use this company again and am absolutely happy to recommend to others.
J&I Cleaning were recommended to us by a friend, work from a High Street office, gave me a reasonable quote over the 'phone. They require full payment in advance (!) but... recommended and office based, so... Their worker turned up promptly, got on with the work, moved furniture carefully and appropriately put it back and did a very good job, all within less time than had been predicted. We think money will spent
The cleaners did an excellent job on my kitchen. I had alot of things and so they ran out of time, but I recommend them to others, for they work so well and to a very high standard. I especially love the cooker and microwaves. I would use them again.
Used j & I cleaning about 8 months ago to clean our extraction in a commercial kitchen wow did they do a great job , had them back today to do the extraction , merry chef , flat grill and fryers , paid a lot of money for this and expected to be able to touch the equipment without getting dirty and greasy hands at least but this was not to be , so contacted the company and they sent someone back out to re clean parts , in this time while he was cleaning something on a piece of a equipment disintegrated as I don’t think he should have put it in water , after chatting with the office they sourced the part and paid for the part , the following week we were still having problems with the extractor so they sent someone else out and he was absolutely amazing , he fitted the part on the merry chef and sorted the extractor out which still had grease in it hence why it was still making a noise , this worker really redeemed the company and sorted every issue . We have had a few problems with our clean but I cannot fault the company on getting this rectified for us and it would not put us of using the company as sometimes things don’t go to plan but it’s how you handle these things and the company were amazing on this !
J & I Cleaning Services carried out an end-of-tenancy deep clean at my rental property in Ruislip on 30/8/24. Their team of four ladies worked industriously and effectively for three-and-a-half hours, leaving the house immaculate from top to bottom. I was delighted with the result, as were the landlord and letting agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending J & I for any, and all, cleaning requirements. Rick Absalom

This company came recommended from our estate agent. I am disappointed with the overall job, I had asked for deep cleaning and this was not what i received. In the kitchen, the extractor fan was not cleaned, the dishwashers were not cleaned, and some of the cupboards were not cleaned. There were cobwebs around the house which were not removed. I was fortunate that the previous owners had left most of the house nice and clean, so when the cleaners arrived I would have expected them to deep clean the parts which were not clean. Lampshades were dusty as well as inside the bedroom cupboards. Its disappointing as I paid £25 per hour per cleaner for a sub-standard service. I had to go over some of the cleaning again which was frustrating and stressful when you move into a new property. Seems like I just got unlucky as most of the other reviews are positive (which is why i booked the company in the first place). Communication from the office was generally quite good. They also sent a cleaner back after I initially complained about some obvious things that were not cleaned.
Very happy indeed to return to our spic and span flat. Agnes had managed to clean things that I’ve been trying to clean for ages, like my hob. This was a treat from my daughter following both my husband and I having been in hospital. However I am so pleased with Agnes that I will be in touch to see if she can come on a regular basis. Two charming, friendly and respectful young ladies did a Deep Cleaning of my flat. They were very professional.and hard-working. They paid close attention to detail, going beyond the Call of Duty in using their initiative to clean extra items, like the oven, leaving it sparkling! I have many possessions, some fragile and breakable, which require very careful dusting, and these ladies worked with great care and respect for my belongings. They vacuumed my carpets and rugs quickly, but thoroughly and efficiently. They scrubbed the toilets and tiled floors till they shone! My home has never been so clean, and I shall certainly use J&I Cleaning again. I have already recommended their Services to my family and friends. Thank you, Alina and Joanna!
