   Ordered coffee and had to miss my bus because I took 2 sips and had the 2nd worst diarrhea in my life. I had to miss my bus and run for dear life to the ONLY toilet and ask God for strength for the next 25 minutes ill be spending there. I survived my encounter and was met with a small group of people praying for my demise as I have robbed them off the luxury of using the toilet for the past 25 mins. Customer service was great though

   Its a Costa the food and drinks are what you expect. Went in on Wednesday afternoon, all staff looked very miserable, gave my order soya milk, this wasn't told to the barrista so I had to inform her. We sat down and had a toastie each and a coffee, both fine. The cleanliness of the place though was pretty bad, it wasn't particularly busy for a place that sells food id expect a much higher standard of cleanliness. The toilet, not even marked as a toilet, no disabled toilet from what I could see. The toilet seat doesnt fit, the toilet was dirty, walls and floor - and not just daily dirt this is clearly not been cleaned in a while. Overall I wont return because if they cant keep the floors, surfaces and toilets clean I dread to think what the food prep areas look like up close.

   Came here for a treat after a bike ride with the little one, we were welcomed with a smile the coffee tasted as it usually does and the little one was satisfied with her (hot chocolate) drink

   Ordered a bacon cob & a millionaires shortbread total £9.95 Uber Eats It was cold,bacon full of fat,under cooked,finished it off in the air fryer. Never will I order from Costa again,daylight robbery
