   Such a poor customer service. I ordered sweatshirt in size 40/42inch which is size L but they send me size M. I asked for prepaid return label as I received wrong item. They declined saying I received what I ordered. I payed £5.99 for postage! I have to order another one and pay another £5.99 for delivery and I have to pay for returning wrong item. Joke! It's shame that this is only company providing my child's school uniform.

   I have been a customer of Lawson's for years, and have seen it change over the years too. I really like the staff in this well stocked little hardware shop – ground floor and upper floor. The ladies there always have a smile, are pleased to help without it being too much trouble and provide a lighthearted atmosphere to shop in. There are also plenty of products on offer for a large amount of DIY and general houseware needs. I love the little shops in Ivybridge, there's a real community vibe going on. Would definitely recommend popping in for a look around ☺️

   A fantastic range of things to browse (and buy!). An Aladdins cave of carefully chosen goods. I love it. The young person who served me was excellent and friendly as well. Well worth making a short detour if you are on the A38. 20 minutes free parking outside. Perfect.

   Lovely old fashioned hardware shop. Really well stocked. You can buy just about anything you need: paint, screws, coat hooks, plumbing materials, electrical items such as kettles or toasters or mixers. They even stock local school uniforms. I suggest you pay them a visit and save yourselves a journey to out of town DIY shops.

   I'm not very happy with the service, the staff are grumpy and horrible they ruined my day and some of the products I wanted to buy were always out of stock for a long time and I've been waiting and waiting, I will not be going back ☹️ don't buy from them.

   Very good Ivybridge branch! Fantastic staff who are really friendly, helpful & happy to give advice. My dog loves it too as always gets a cuddles & a treat when he goes in. Good range of products even the most obscure items they usually have them!!
