You cannot speak to ANYONE on their ADVERTISED phone number. It says do everything online. An absolute FARCE. NO WONDER PEOPLE USE AMAZON. VERY ANGRY
It’s nice to have the option to go to Argos in Sainsbury’s but it doesn’t have loads in stock and for some reason when ever I go to Sainsbury’s and need to check if has the thing I need it’s normally closed I’m not sure how though
We bought a TV through the argos app, the money was transferred to us on credit, the item was paid for. On the way from Exeter to Dartmouth. One hour from Exeter. We chose this store because it was available immediately, as it would take 5 days for the item to be available in the Exeter store. While driving to pick up the item, we received a message saying you need ID with an address, i.e. a driving license OR an Argos card. When collecting the paid TV, it turned out that it could not be collected because an Argos card was required. Because an argos card is required.Two hours wasted and the cost of the diesel wasted.
Dear Google, When I went to Argos inside the Sainsbury’s in Dartmouth, the worker named Tia was very kind to me and my wife, Linda. We got a new printer from my son, Harry, for Christmas. Me and Linda, were so excited that we could not stop printing. Unfortunately, we ran out of ink, and we couldn’t make a journey far to another shop so we went to Argos, hoping to find some new ink. Fortunately for me and Linda, Argos sells ink! This was a shock to us both. There was a lot of choices and we didn’t know what ink carriage was best for our new printer Harry got us. To much delight, a lovely women with vibrant hair helped us, I believe her name was Tia! She helped us make the best decision for ink, and didn’t give us the most expensive one like many shops do. Me and Linda were chuffed by this and wanted to say a massive thank you to Tia. If you are ever in Argos, ask for Tia’s support and guidance- she’s a lovely young lady! Many thanks, Miles Teller!

On two occasions now a lady with blonde curly hair has been extremely rude when collecting items. I understand you haven’t got a pleasant job, but manners cost nothing especially when people are respectful towards you.
You have to order online and collect in store. It's not a regular Argos where you can buy and walk away with your purchase that day.
