Not sure why there is one reviewer claiming that this lovely shop doesn't respect their customers (there's usually a back story in these cases) but I have always found them to be lovely and helpful. The shop is full of lovely things - dangerous if you like spending time in your kitchen surrounded by useful tools and beautiful objects.
Great shop, high quality goods and good service
Took one step into shop as I was in the process of putting my face mask on, when the female behind the counter said “next time put your mask on before entering the shop” which was one, completely unnecessary; two, spoken in such a curt, brusque manner I was quite taken about and three, dreadfully aggressive. I turned round and walked out. Clearly, they do not respect their customers. Am totally supportive of COVID-19 measures but we still need to treat one another with courtesy and respect. Appalling. Avoid this shop like you would a dose of the plague.
Very nice shop, good quality kitchen stuff, very nice owner who gives good advise.
