If you’re searching for quality bedding and stylish home goods, this store has you covered. There’s a fantastic selection of comforters, décor, and everything you need to spruce up your space. The real bonus? The lovely café upstairs! It’s the perfect spot to relax after shopping—or a great place to park your husband with a coffee while you browse in peace. Friendly staff, great finds, and a café that keeps everyone happy—what more could you ask for?

August 14th 2025 Absolutely top service! The beautiful chest of drawers was ordered and delivered in the best manner. The deliver guys were pleasant and polite. The best. The messages to let us know when it would be delivered were perfect Our chest of drawers was set up in no time a.nd looks great Online experience recommended David July 23rd 2025 Chronic service. We’re happy and ever so polite customers. My wife and I went to buy three lots of Dorma bedding and were greeted by a large sign that stated 50% of which we thought odd after window shopping the bedding via Google… After asking a really polite and helpful young-ish man with glasses he said it was there by mistake. He then showed my wife around Dorma bedding and where the pillows and mattress toppers were. Good service. My wife queued for ages to get our lunch (30 minutes) and when she got near the young servers she was glared at in a very impolite manner. A smile and “I’ll be right with you” would have been best. There were a few other issues but the absolute worst was the female who was about to take our ££ at the checkout. We were greeted by a very unhappy face and then viewed our £207.10 in purchases being slammed and tossed around while she tried to scan our purchases. She was really angry and asked a person who seemed to be a supervisor for help. The “supervisor” showed the annoyed person how to do it… Don’t they get trained? And so it went on. During our long visit there were sirens blaring out and making everyone jump. I hope when the theft siren it was our turn to walk out it didn’t make everyone jump.. Staff need training here. I have been a department manager in five star Nordstrom, San Francisco and also for Bass, Allied Breweries and more and this bad service wouldn’t have worked with me. The man with the glasses stocking shelves on the ground floor was really top service PAST REVIEW: Love it here. Difficult not to buy something.splendid service

A review of the Pausa cafe. We visited Dunelm in Plymouth this morning and went early to avoid the rush. The shop had only been open for 10 minutes. We decided to grab a coffee before browsing. There were 2 members of staff working the cafe, one was on drinks, the other on food. There was a small queue with 4 people infront of me. My husband asked me to get him a fully loaded breakfast bap and I planned to have some toast. Initially there was only one member of staff at the counter serving drinks. The staff member doing the food orders appeared not long after I'd joined the queue and she plonked two full Sainsburys carrier bags on the food counter in front of the toasters and proceeded to fulfil the food orders of the folks waiting ahead of me in the queue. She was wearing a communications headset with a microphone attached (I assumed that she was a supervisor or manager?) After diligently donning some blue vinyl gloves, she got busy: she cut fruit rolls for the toaster, she unpacked some items from the Sainsburys bags and then transferred the bags to the utility area adjacent to the cafe counter, she then went to the freezer to get hash browns to put in the oven, she opened another freezer/cold storage and took out bacon, sausages and what looked like black pudding (possibly raw or part cooked only) and placed a handful of them in another oven, set the timers and then proceded to return to the toaster area and cut more bread rolls and fruit rolls to be toasted. Apart from brushing her hair away from her eyes, I also noticed that she adjusted the head band of her headset and microphone infront of her mouth and in addition, went out to the seating area and served the food to the seated customers and collected the table numbers and the number stands before returning to the food preparation area to continue to prepare the food orders for the growing queue of people. All well and good, efficient and well organised....BUT.....ALL OF THESE ACTIVITIES WERE DONE WEARING THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES! Being super busy is not an excuse for poor food hygiene practices. Needless to say, we did not eat at Dunelm today and probably never will again. Pausa Cafe only gets one star from me :((

I went into Dunelm to collect my surprise food parcel from their in store cafe Pausa. The cafe was clean to a good standard and was almost empty as it was getting to the close of business. The staff was very polite but I was very disappointed with the contents of my food parcel. It wasn't worth the effort at all. So I will not recommend Pausa Cafe for food parcels at all.

Fabulous for bedding, towels and other home essentials. The staff are also very helpful and the coffee shop very welcoming.

Do not order anything online to be delivered. Twice I have ordered different items and both times have spent hours and days chasing where my items are. 12 days was the last one after the wrong items were delivered, missing items, emails telling me deliveries were coming and nothing arriving. Complete waste of time. Express delivery I wouldn't bother! Unless you can pick it up in store yourself I suggest you look elsewhere and save yourself the stress!

Not impressed bought something by mistake then they refused to return / refund the transaction in the same type of transaction using Google pay- they wanted to see the card that we didn't have on us. 30mile round trip to go and get the card from home. They had proof of payment/purchase via e-receipt. Phone with the card on Google Wallet. Not acceptable by any standards in today's digital age.

I have never had a bad experience until I tried to return some curtain tie backs. I returned them unopened with a valid receipt, or so I thought. But because I hadn't returned them within 28 days they refused a refund which I kind of expected, but they wouldn't give me a credit note-for £9.00 measly pounds. I don't think I will be shopping there again.
