   We booked a christmas fayre. There were 6 of us 3 christmas fayre and 3 off main menu. I had the steak it was cooked just as good as millar and Carter. The 2 christmas dinners were massive lots off meat, veg roasted potatoes pigs in blanket Yorkshire pudding lots off tasty gravy well worth the money. 2 steak and ale pies meaty and tasty. They put a mixed grill together the person said it was best he had meat melted in your mouth. The staff were excellent would highly recommend the service atmosphere and food .

   We had Sunday lunch here last week and it was quite enjoyable considering the price paid. Obviously not home cooked food, it was also was cold but it was edible. Might try it again and hopefully the food will be hot.

   Visited the Warren and had a great time. The staff where all amazing friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Spoke to Jake the manager and he was really friendly and you felt like her cared about his customers. Can’t wait to come back

   I have been coming to the pub for years now. I have seen it st its highs and its lows. I think its fair to say its definitely now at its best. Jake is a sweetheart and the customers love him. The staff are all very cheery and the service is immense. Love me carling here .

   Always have the best experience when I visit. I come most days with my husband and have a pint and a half of carlsberg repeatedly throughout the day. The place used to struggle throughout the day with previous managers. Since hake has taken over the service has got much better and staff like lana always look after us. So happy to see our local being treat properly and that it is getting better . So excited to see the future as it gets busier.
