   Hello! This is Ella, we had a reservation today and it went wonderfully. We was a full group with 13 people including some with health and mental issues. They accommodated us perfectly, ensuring we was okay, giving us our food just in time and helping when we needed it. They were very kind and the food was absolutely divine, every piece being enjoyed by everyone in the group even the pickiest of eaters. Thank you all for the great service and food!

   Spacious pub with a large parking area. The food was average. They offer a 10% discount if orders are placed online using the QR code available at each table. However, it never worked for us and we had to place the order at the bar. There was a selection of beers only available during the Oktoberfest. Won't be in a hurry to return to this place

   We like to try a different pub each month to try their food. We go on service quality of the food and portion sizes. Let's just say after we shared the chicken starter platter for two. We wish we had not ordered a main as neither of us could move I'm 6 ft and weight around 17st and was stuffed. Food quality and service amazing. We even had to get takeaway boxes We will be back again in a months time when our food haS gone down lol

   Big open space inside. Plenty of parking in car park. Clean and pleasant environment inside. Neither flat nor boisterous .. just maybe a little bland. Busy for a Wednesday evening but again plenty of seating which was quite spacious for 5 around 1 table. Staff were nice and polite and accommodating. But .. took far too long for service. Drinks orders were backed up so I'm assuming not enough staff .. in a 90 minute sitting we were lucky to squeeze in 2 drinks services .. the second being coffee. Off the 5 meals ordered 1 of our mains was incorrect and 1 of our deserts was incorrect. Our first choices were not available for unknown reason so we settled for burgers and a salmon. We didn't complain due to the struggle to serve and in all honesty the food served was OK. Pretty standard pub fare, presented and cooked well but no wow. Deserts were I'd say above standard quality but again more akin to school deserts .. sticky toffee/apple crumble/brownie. But I prefer that .. I enjoyed these .. they were hot and well proportioned. Bill was approx 150 for 5 .. 2 course .. 2 drinks .. about right. I would go again and give them another chance. Always forgiving in these times as long as food served is value .. which this was. I'd give 3.5 if I could.

   Luckily we chose something that was available as 2 other couples arrived and nothing on lunch menu left also the staff did more huffing & puffing than work……you would be hard pushed to know it’s Christmas that’s for sure… real shame as really was looking forward to this and the atmosphere was way more than flat!!

   Been here about 3 times in 2 years every time its awful service its never improved. Went yesterday first they left us waiting ages. Then they dropped the bread from one of the starters and didn't replace it. Most of the mains were cold the mixed grills were ice cold apart from the sausage. The steak sandwich was pure gristle. The sauce that came with salmon tasted out of date. 2hrs+ for 2 courses is unacceptable. Will not give another chance. I'm guessing the chefs trying his harder to be let down by poor service staff.
