   This costa is one of the best we have visited, staff are always friendly, everything is always clean and tidy, the staff take pride in clearing tables, unlike other Costas that are sometimes very slow to clear tables. Emma should get an award for her dedication

   No caramel frappe available. Seating was stained and old. Frappe was nice good amount of it. Good atmosphere, music can't be heard from back seats.

   Nice place to relax and forget you're in a shopping centre. The iced tea is nice as was the lemon muffin. It's always busy here which is a good sign.

   Was sent a 50£ card gift by my son in America unfortunately despite being in northern Ireland and part of the UK costa refused to honour it. They said they are costa Ireland and therefore can't. Absolutely sick of this kind of discrimination when they are only too happy to operate in northern Ireland. Sharp practice and daylight robbery.

   Better than average Costa with really helpful, efficient staff. It was busy when we were there but the queue was kept moving efficiently and yet staff were courteous and attentive. Quality beverages and good enough selection of snacks and pastries too.
