You don't seem to be able to send the correct parts. Bought a clutch kit, strip the car, to find out the wrong one had been packaged up. 4 hours + wasted.
Can't fault the two blokes in this store. I ordered a set of front discs and a set of front pads over the phone with what I though was the Grantham branch as I was never told otherwise. However, this was not the case and the bloke didn't tell me that they wouldn't be delivered to Grantham, so when I arrived they wasn't there as they were in the Newark branch. Instead of telling me the usual "it is what it is, you'll have to go there" or "I'll have to wait for re-order" the lads instantly got on the system to see what they had in stock. I ended up waking out of there with better parts at a discounted price along with a few laughs about the whole situation. Two absolute geezers in this branch and I can't fault the customer service offered and the help they provided!
Very poor website, entered car reg which gave me parts needed. Wasn’t till had put one on the car that realised these were not the correct ones. Store wouldn’t give refund as they say was marked but they haven’t got any permanent marks on them all wiped off. Always used you but after this you can Keep your poor service will buy from elsewhere from now on
Incredibly helpful when my battery died while visiting a friend for the weekend. Was also able to help get someone out to fit it for me too! The manager and other guy on the till were super approachable and easy to talk to! Thank you so so much!

Ordered online for some bits to be deliverd, only used the free standard delivery option as wasn't too bothered about how quickly they got to me, so i wasn't expecting my packages for another few days... However a nice chap turned up on same day of ordering with my goods! I am very impressed with the service!
