Had an issue with my boot not opening. Got told straight away the Tailgate actuator needs replacing and booked it in to get replaced, but told them to check this was definitely the issue before doing so. Turned up to appointment and Waited an hour for them to find / fix the issue, but was then told it was a wiring issue and I needed to book another service for another time. Tried to book in again but getting fobbed off, no idea what they did to my car in the hour, wasted my time. Asked them if they can actually fix it and they said yeah, but do not want to book me in to fix. Could just tell me straight that they can’t do it instead of completely wasting my time, very poor service, wouldn’t recommend
Unethical. Would avoid at all cost. Took my car there to get the timing chain fixed around 5 years ago however the timing chain went again a couple years after due to them using so much silicone. Needless to say i went to another place 2nd time around. And also the MAIN concern was being told my turbo was on the brink and to get it changed with BM spares. Good job i said no as now 5 years later my turbo is still good as ever. Would not recommend.

Awful experience, no sort of customer service at all. Brought some parts from these guys and they sent me the wrong stuff. No sort of apology at all. Weren’t willing to exchange or refund. Very incompetent staff. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
If I could give this place no stars I would, very poor service and refused me of a refund after sending me the incorrect parts for my car. Terrible service, must avoid!
