   Good service, good coffee but the place seems very untidy and the floors needed to be swept and tables cleaned. This seems to be the case in most restaurants and coffee shops I visited in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Otherwise a nice place, just pick up a broom.

   Although the shop isn't so busy with the train station closing, the food and beverages were still great, the staff seem a little low in mood, maybe the lack of foot traffic is affecting them. Still very pleasant, quick and efficient. As always pleased with the service and friendliness. Quieter than usual.

   This place seems to be falling apart. I've never been to a Nero so badly looked after. They were pushing us to use take away cups, which I don't like by the way. Coffee was burnt and so bloody hot that burnt my mouth. Chocolate fudge cake was dry as hell. Very Expensive! Not a nice place!

   Sat in on a Sunday evening. Ordered two tea, a pastry and a carmel square. Everything came in takeaway cups and bags. I asked for a plate and was told by the server they he wasn't giving out plates because he was too short-staffed. Table dirty. Counter dirty. Coffee machine dirty. No customer service. Very poor.

   I loved their service. The coffee, carrot cake and the fruit herbal tea are so perfectly served. What we were impressed about was the fact that I dropped a full cup of cappuccino and the service guy made us a fresh one immediately with no extra cost. Thanks brother. You guys are too good.
