Erin was really lovely and asked me how my day was. Was taken a back and really pleasantly surprised. No one has asked me in a long time how my day was on any given day. Loved it. Really pleasant girl and such an asset to the team at Nero's. Will be back often.
Absolutely filthy, floors are grimy and look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the tables and chairs also extremely dirty. The franchisee of this cafe Nero should be ashamed honestly

Really lovely staff and a chilled decor make it a great spot. Books available for customers. Busy place too. Plenty of power points for those who want to work, read ebooks etc. Toilet isn’t great. It has a lovely bright light akin to the brightness of a theatre light which shows up all the grime and dirt although the sink and toilet themselves seemed ok. The floor of the cafe has more crumbs than you’d see strewn for the birds by the old lady in the Mary Poppins movie (Feed the Birds song). Still…it’s a grand place and very welcoming and definitely one of the more homely spots on the Ormeau.
Sorry other CN branches but this is the best CN branch in Belfast in terms of the ambiance. If you’re self-employed or a student, this’s a great place to work/study or catch up with friends. Edit 2 years later: This is by far the CN with the friendliest and kindest staff. All of them are very nice.
Industrial chic..... Coffee as you'd expect!
Been here now a few times. It's a very quiet place to sit back and relax. Their coffee is first class and have many sweet treats on the menu too. Baristas are pleasant and helpful. All on the flat so it is wheelchair accessible. Toilet facilities also available.
