MAX IS AMAZING, hes SO HELPFUL and so good with customers, he helps, folds, does everything, he is a credit to the company and needs to be recognised for all his hard work and his helpfulness.
Fantastic service took my jacket in to have a zip replaced and the guys in there told me yes it can be done and that it should be a few days well the very next night I get a call saying its ready for pick up unbelievable customer service very polite and helpful will be going back for any other repairs I need on cloths would recommend top work guys
Back again today after my great experience here 10 months ago. The same helpful gentleman greeted us and advised us on the best cycle selection for what we were washing. We did 2 loads and both machines worked very well. The dryer also worked very well, and soon we had clean, dry clothes again at a good price. We plan to visit this launderette again in September when we’re back in the area. Thanks to both of the helpful gentlemen on staff.
We used to use this Launderette for years, but we had a very bad experience now. Please be careful when paying here, specially of this person on the picture in black jacket, as after you pay him, he says never paid, as he was on the phone, for long time, he forgot we had paid him, we asked him to even check the CCTV, he was not ready to check, as it was his mistake. Please be aware of such fraudsters. Even after asking for change, he gives less . Please check the amount when you receive it. The other person was not on the shop at that point. I would once again like to request everyone to check your money before leaving this place.

I had a very delicate and expensive jacket that I stained and thought that was the end but then my friend recommended this shop to clean it . I didn’t have hope they would fix it but surprisingly the stain was removed and it was restored to its normal form . I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs there clothes saved.
Really Great experience. There were several staff on hand who were on hand to help and were brilliant. One young lad working there even approached me as he might have seen my confused look, as it was my first time at a launderette, he gave me useful advice on what to do and how to operate the washing machine. Will go again.
Now under new management. Big washing machines available. Plenty of dryer's with one extra large dryer for big loads or duvets. They also sell washing powder and softener. Service wash available as well. For canal boat uses/continuous cruisers the laundrette is but a short walk from the canal.
Needed a self service location close to my hotel. This place is clean, the service (Max) was friendly and helpful, and you can buy just enough soap/dryer sheets as you need which is great. If you need, ask for the wifi. They also do quick full service.
