Coffee and tea here is good, service was great also but its expensive. We had to move a few times from our table as there was a terrible draft coming from the windows area and aircon.

Called in for a cappuccino @ 4pm midweek. It was very popular and filled but managed to get a seat. Seems it's dog friendly as there were 2 small dogs there very well behaved. My cappuccino had lovely full froth and the raspberry croissant had a good amount of jam. On the whole it was very good.

Perhaps it’s because myself and a few others were waiting on the shop opening, but the staff were a bit sour faced upon arrival. After giving my order, the barista seemed confused and I felt judged for my drink of choice. There was no chai syrup for my iced chai latte. It is essential that any coffee shop has chai syrup for an iced chai latte or it will come out bitty. Also, why not just have it anyway as some people prefer a sweeter taste? The shop seemed bright and clean at first glance, however we changed tables and found our second table had not been cleaned at all. I find this a little disturbing since we were the first customers of the day to sit there. This means the table hadn’t been cleaned the night before - Photos attached below. I suggest the managers stress to the staff how important it is that they complete all necessary cleaning duties during their closing shift. Altogether this cafe Nero isn’t awful but just isn’t great either. The classical music and random Italian stock images all over the place make it feel so inauthentic … but I guess you get what you pay for.

One of my favorite things about this Nero coffee shop is the positive energy. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always eager to make your day better. One feature that I particularly love is the inspiring cards located near the cashier. They change daily and never fail to lift up your spirits. It's such a small detail, but one that makes a big impact. It's just another example of how this coffee shop goes above and beyond to create an uplifting and supportive environment for its customers. I tried carrot cake with cream so yummy

Had to stand with our coffee for 10 mins waiting on a table because 2 sets of people behind us took tables before they had ordered or paid for food. After 5 mins of standing staff member offered to put our food into takeaway boxes so we could leave. There should be a sign stating you are not to take a table unless you've been served / paid for food as obviously some people have no common decency or manners. Won't be back.

Very disappointing, I ordered an iced caramel cappuccino. The barista didn’t seem to know what she was doing as she blended the ice and milk together. I got watery milk with the espresso sitting at the bottom unable to be mixed into the milk and no caramel.

Good service, cleaning tables, relaxed. Tasty teacake with butter and jam Staff recognise us . friendly chat and banter Look how many hard workers to replace Gareth!

They need new spoons or someone needs to wash them properly as they’re stained and eugh. A dog friendly place which is great but dogs on fabric seats on a wet day is not so good. The raspberry and amaretto cake is usually lovely but was a bit dry so probably past its best. The raspberry roulade was just a sugary dry tasteless waste of money.
