   Worst experience ever in cafe Nero shops (Saturday). Super rude and unfriendly staff, eating and drinking while surving, making annoyed faces while taking orders. I was overcharged for the same drink which costs far less in other cafe Nero shops (realised this after walking out of the shop). Keep away, you will get better services for your money in other places

   It's always a surprise to me that Nero are still so far beyond the other chains. Drinks & food are much better, the staff generally are too (they were in this case) plus the shops are way more comfortable. Very cool.

   Staff were really accomodating especially as they were so close to closing. We went for the pistachio cake and the matching latte, they were amazing. Cake literally melted in our mouths. Really funky interior, will definitely be returning.

   I come here Monday to Friday for a morning coffee, as I work nearby. Manager and staff are always super friendly and professional. Won’t go anywhere else now, and that’s with having Costa and Starbucks nearby as well. Highly recommended!

   Very over priced. £2.95. They call this a slice of lemon meringue. The width of my finger. If I got £2.95 every time I gave my wife the finger, I would be worth a fortune by now instead of living in misery.
