   After fifteen years of business we are now told that we no longer have a credit account. HC Cargo has really let small businesses down with this in our opinion. I have attached a shoddy letter we received today. I immediately spoke with the Accounts & was passed to the Sales team. I explained the nature of my role within my Company and the debtor accounts I manage (very little maintenance required, even the late payers and order number dodgers). I also highlighted our impeccable payment history and was told that because we haven't spent enough (during a pandemic year) that our business was not worthy of a credit account for thirty days. I thought at this point, how do they know what is coming in the near future for us? (by the way we are shaping up to having an increased requirement for HC Cargo components) so a failure to ask that question from Gemma - HC Cargo on the phone. Thirty days is the cashflow lifeblood of any small business and we are like many others often running in the red so it doesn't take a genius to see that if all larger firms followed the HC Cargo Customer maintenance model shown on this letter smaller companies like ours would eventually just fall over. Very, very disappointing move...... Boycott these if you like small businesses.

   Bought one of there starting motors and was faulty and replaced with a new one ...did exactly the same thing ...bendix just spins and not shooting up and engaging...both tested by marine engineers and told both were not fit for purpose ...they are made in China and are absolute rubbish
