    AVOID if u care about your car. I made a claim with my insurance company and they sent my car here after 2 weeks of not getting any feedback i started to call both the insurance company and this garage it took them over a month to fix my car but when i picked up my car I had a nasty surprise my car was looking like rental car full of scratches both on the inside and outside and even on the headlight they also tried to cover some of them as there spots of paint on the car. Front bumper had to be repainted but they done it very badly as I can see a lot of drops from the paint job. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Absolutely disgusted! Went through my insurance to these and twice I have gone to collect my car and twice I have not taking it for the fact their paint work was awful and had not put any parts of the car back on properly which is side skirts and front splitters. Thinking I would take it away because I'm a women and probably know nothing about cars?! Manager is a disgrace and I cannot believe they would sign my car off as passing and ready to collect with the front splitters not even glued on properly I could still see the tiger seal they used!!!!!!!!! They have had my car for 4 weeks now and last night was my second attempt to pick it up but sent it back. They claimed the weather has made the parts come away...

    Non existant customer service! My car was involved in a front end accident and went to JCC Nottingham for an insurance repair. It took significantly longer than expected leaving us to drive around in their poxy hire car. Great, car finally returned and reasonably happy until I noticed a front headlight that was replaced had started to fill with condensation. Called JCC who booked in the car and picked it up for repair, it came back 'repaired' later that day. Over the following weekend I was driving the car at night and noticed my lights didnt seem right and other people were flashing their headlights at me. Upon investgation JCC hadnt aligned the headlights correctly. A rushed job resulting in the release of an unroadworthy MOT failiure vehicle due to their shoddy workmanship. Que another phone call to JCC, who booked the vehicle in AGAIN. Car was picked up repaired and returned. Finally the end of this ordeal? .... Two weeks later condensation building up again in the same headlight!!! Called JCC who said they would order yet another headlight and call me to arrange fitting when it came from their supplier. Later that week got a phone call to say the part had arrived damaged and they would call me to arrange fitting. A week later no phone call from JCC so a phone call resulted in them admitting theyd forgotten about the problem. The 'manager' said he would valet my car and fill with diesel as a good will gesture. The car came back after its fourth visit to JCC repaired and full but their idea of a valet leaves a lot to be desired - Stevie Wonder really could do a better job. And to top it off the day after they picked it up and returned the vehicle and without me driving it, it comes back from their place with a screw in its now flat tyre. I'd really had enough, i'd spoken to the manager before and he is the most evasive, unempathetic individual. I tried calling him to be told he would call me back, which he didnt, I phoned him the following day to be told he'd gone home - an excuse used previously. JCC really should check the working pattern of this guy as he appears to slope off early every day. Eventually he has called me this morning so I suggested he returned my insurance excess of £350. He'd intimated previously that a 'valet' and putting 1/4 tank of diesel in should be enough and suggested I should be happy with £100. I felt insulted by this offer due to the aggravation that I'd been through and am posting on here and taking this matter further. I work in a service based industry and our customers rightly expect things repaired correctly first time. We would have a mutiny on our hands if it took 4 attempts with no acknowledgement. This really has been a terrible customer journey from start to finish. IF YOU CAN, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    ********EXCELLENT SERVICE********* Could not praise these guys anymore than I already have!!!!! I took my vehicle to JUST CAR CLINIC back in December for the second accident I had, the service they provided me from start to finish was superb. the receptionist kept me well up to date, and any questions i had they were more than happy to help.. will be using these again for any damage repairs or services. great work guys 5***********

    AVOID!!! I had an accident in August and it's now October and my car still hasn't been repaired to the standard it was at before my accident! Essentially I got my car back "repaired" but the wrong decals were put on it and the headlamp still hadn't been repaired. I've lost count at the amount of times I've had to chase up the company about getting my car back in for the right job to be done that should have been done in the first place! I've had to constantly ring the company, to be told they will ring me back but they don't. Specifically a staff member called Mike, who I understand is the parts guy, failed to ring me back twice about ordering in the correct decal. I've even personally travelled to Just Car Clinic (twice!) only to be fobbed off again and again! I was also expecting a call by Friday from Mohammed about my car but it's now Saturday and I've still not had a call. To date I've not heard anything from them about the decal part or when it's likely, if at all, they will repair my car properly. I give up all hope with this company. Unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST.
