   Have never reviewed a place before but this seems fitting. Been in here since the place opened but over this last month it has fairly hit rock bottom. It seems the quality has been cut, the sauce on the pancakes has went from a thick syrup is now watered down jam. Don't order the omelette not worth it for what your paying for. From observation it is clear to see the lack of proper management is the problem. servers standing about while there's one wee young fella always running food while the servers just chat to each other. There's like 20 tables with one person doing all the food running (again this is just observation) Whoever wanted this place doesn't seem to care about the long term effects, which again is just poor management. Atmosphere is nice though and dog friendly, so there's something. Simply put, foods to expensive for the quality. Poor management and Attitude I've seen too, thankfully never directed at me but I have ears lol, the staff need trained in customer service.

   The staff are always friendly and helpful and quick service every time. Fry is lovely not greasy always great. Fried eggs are always done the way I like. Plenty of parking nearby and you don't have to walk too far to get there.
