The place is unkept and tables dirty even at 9:00am in the morning,, yet the place is near empty and the staff are chatting among themselves. There’s no pleasantries with the staff, not even a courteous basic acknowledgement, hello, thanks etc when you go to order. There is a reason why the neighbouring coffee shops are queued out the doors. Coffee was ok but pan au raisin may have been the longest serving member of staff there, it was a good job I had my good teeth in!!!!

Place was empty yet tables were stacked with dirty cups etc. Whole place was filthy. Carpets were covered in food ,tables dirty and food smeared on fabric seats. Needs a complete clean down and refurb. Young lad serving who clearly couldn't be bothered . Asked for order to be take away but were given glasses so took a seat and wish we hadn't. As previously stated it was filthy but also freezing . Toilet looked like it was flooded but it was just a wet floor covered in pee !. This place will be a health hazard if not given a really intensive clean down asap .

After a grueling 18 hour journey from England with a cat, and a house move via a ferrie I arrived in Belfast in major need of coffee, qué Chris! He was amazing, such a friendly warm welcome, bubbly and so happy to look after me. This fella is a credit to his store and company. Turned a very stressful day into a stress free one. I hope this gets to the right people as this man deserves recognition for his superb customer skills and all round welcoming vibe! Will definitely be back again! Thank you Chris! Absolute legend

A very spacious and neatly presented Costa. Staff were really friendly. There are separate entry and exit doors considering the pandemic situation. Very well situated at the junction. Interestingly more than 3/4 th of the cafe has glass walls with seating facing towards the road. Nice isn't it! A cool place to sit, relax or have a bite. Very close to public transport as well.

Have been visiting Costa all over the world and I must say the manager David and his staff are second to none. The cappuccinos are the best I have had anywhere, the toilets are always spotless and the tables always shining. This is now my local Costa for my cappuccino fix every morning. Harry. (Belfast)
