   I went in for a wheel alignment check. Got the car in and everything was smooth. Then I was told that one of the wheels needs adjustment. The toe, camper and caster and the cost of fixing it is £72. I said ok and agreed. However, when they gave me the report back, they had only fixed the toe but the camper and caster have not been done!! And when I asked they said, they don't do it. So what's the point??? I paid £72 just to fix one part and the rest leave it to me to fix it? And why was I NOT told about this before paying? I'm sure they never told me that they'll fix the toe only and won't fix the others. And it's not cheap. Update, Sara from Kwikfit just called me and apologised and said that they're looking into this matter and they have have also made a refund. I appreciate that, credit when it's due. Thank you

   Really disappointed with the customer service and the way the staff talked to me, I went in to change my break pads, no customer or cars were in the garage apart of me at the time and all the staff were talking to each other and laughing, I asked them to do the pads on the car and the manager said I don’t want to waste my time of this I have other jobs coming later on, come back next week and maybe i can have a look at it then. Disgusting manners and service. The management really needs to be looked at and getting some customer service courses and guidance. There is no reason to speak to people like that at 9.30 am. I won’t be returning there and won’t recommend for anyone.

   What a brilliant team. I had been to Daybrook but they couldn’t fit my vehicle in to the bays there and told me to come here. Daybrook then sent the wrong tyres to be fitted to my vehicle. The team here couldn’t have been more helpful, making sure that I knew the issue would be resolved at no further cost to myself. Following day they supplied and fitted the correct tyres. Really wish I had come here first. Highly recommended and would come here again

   Excellent explanations from the manager on what was happening to my vehicle and the expected time frame. The only drawback was when I got home and went to receive items from the boot, I found the spare, jack, etc had been thrown into the boot and not packed away correctly.
