Went to see the doctor to get some medication and he refused to give me the medicine and told me to go to the chemist and buy it. Had several problems with the surgery and toxic staff and doctors. I would not recommend this surgery. I am looking for a new surgery as I have had several problems with doctors and reception stuff, specially the manager who is unprofessional. And now they have a lack of doctors. Would only recommend seeing the nurse who is Lovely and It’s very professional and caring. Went from some medication they told me to go to the chemist and buy it. Refused to give me prescription.. With the cost of living and being disabled this is an acceptable behaviour. I have been at the surgery for over 15 years and it has gone downhill. Actively looking for a new surgery. Last thing you want, when you ill to have a Doctor Who doesn’t listen to you and refuses to give you medication. With the cost of living this is not acceptable.
I always manage to get an appointment easily. Dr Nazir and Janet Cox are extremely knowledgeable and listen to you and go above and beyond the call of duty to help you. The receptionists are extremely friendly and supportive. I was always changing doctors but this surgery is by far the best I've been to. Thankyou for everything.
I'm new to this surgery- seen Dr Shephard twice and found him very approachable, efficient, thorough and caring. If he's typical, I'm in GP heaven! 5 stars to you Dr Shephard.Thank you. CM Henry
Changed from Lower Green because you could never get an appointment and the reception staff are just vile ! Came here and you can always get an appointment and the doctors are very good. I've had a health check up since I've been here. That would never of happened at the other surgery ! 10 /10.
This surgery is amazing. The Doctors, Nurses and receptionists are fabulous. Very helpful, professional and understanding. My whole family come here and we are so lucky to be registered at this surgery. My Doctor is Dr Nazir, he always listens and treats us all with respect. Our health problems are always resolved quickly and efficiently. Dr Nazir goes above and beyond his role as a GP. All the Doctors and Nurses are fabulous here and Newbridge Surgery Tettenhall Rd is the Best Doctors Surgery in Wolverhampton. Highly recommend. Thank you.
By far the best GP practice I've been with. Dr Nazir is extremely knowledgeable and caring. His team are just as dedicated. Very thorough and go above and beyond to provide you with the best care. It's evident that Patients best interest is at the heart of this surgery. The receptionist are amazing.
