   Toilets were poor. Really poor. Dirty. Broken toilet seat. No soap. The toilets were also upstairs where we had chosen to seat (as it was warmer) and needed a code to access, which staff didn't tell you about when buying drinks downstairs... Other than that the drinks were ok (we didn't order food). Be aware that you cannot use your UK Costa app or gift card from anywhere else in the UK (only realised after ordering...).

   Had time to kill so went in for a coffee. Nothing to denote this coffee shop from the plethora of other coffee shops that now proliferate the city centre. I try to avoid the city centre like the plague these days but couldn't be avoided. I found myself a bit depressed looking out the window; reflecting on the bustle that used to be the city centre and the now quiet streets roamed by the homeless waifs and junkies. These days you even need a code from the staff to access the rest rooms due to junkies shooting-up in the toilets. A spiritless gloom hangs over the town or maybe that was just my mood that dull morning. Anyhow not the coffee shop's fault; I got a good, strong americano and a happy gretting when I came in.

   Always good coffee, decent tray bakes, comfortable seating. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre, head upstairs - loads of extra space, accessible too due to the lift. Good job, Costa!

   Firstly the coffee is pretty nice! Staff very friendly and the location is very convenient! The upstairs is almost like a hidden gem, with huge glass windows overseeing the city, its lovely to sit and do work and just enjoy some food. Not sure if it was me but it was quite chilly in the cafe, likely due to AC. Overall a great cafe spot

2. The Travelling Camera ★★☆☆☆

   No sanitiser - empty bottle. People standing on top of each other waiting for their orders. Plenty of space upstairs, carpeted and with good seating. Upstairs also has views over Castle Place so you can watch the world go by. Toilets upstairs not accessible as there’s a key pad. Are people really expected to go downstairs to ask for a code for the toilets? 2* because of toilet access and no sanitiser. Iced tea not great.
