   Brilliant friendly little company to deal with ! There's a nice old fashioned family feel to it where everyone who works there does their best,& are only too happy help , (often lost in larger big money making blue chip companies)! I've been using them since the early 90's and never had a problem, although if I had am sure it would be sorted. Thanks nick and the team keep up the good work

   Bought a trailer tipping kit for T20 Fergie, didn't fit and ruined the thread on my hydraulic pump due to the screw connection on the new pipe being to short. Meant a complete new hydraulic pump! No apologies from the company, not even postal refund. Not happy with their service, will not be using Old 20 again!

   We have dealt with Old 20 Parts for around a year now. In our opinion they are a TOP NOTCH company. We are in Canada (they are in England) and they shipped the high quality parts we needed far more quickly, and less expensively than anybody right here in Canada. The entire staff is exceedingly courteous. very knowledgeable about everything they sell, and stand behind their products and company. They focus entirely on the customer and making sure they get what they need, instead of trying to sell things they don't need. I highly recommend Old 20 Parts Company to everybody needing tractor/agricultural related parts. In this day and age... service, expertise, quality, and value are farmore valued and Old 20 Parts definitely has it all!
