This feedback is for Apsara Hussain. Such an incredible practice nurse with the fingers of a feather and a heart of gold. Asides from her wealth of knowledge, remarkable confidence, and warm personality, from my experience with her at the Surgery, her empathy is compared to none. Such a goldmine Forrester Street has got. Keep up the good work Nurse Apsara. Welldone.
I had a smear test booked which I was initially nervous about, but with Nurse Apsara Hussain, I immediately felt like there was nothing to worry about out. She explained the process to me thoroughly and the importance of having a smear test. She was reassuring and had a warm presence that made the test much less stressful for me. Thank you so much and it was lovely to meet you, Nurse Hussain!
I was seen by nurse Apsara Hussain shortly after I underwent surgery for my parathyroid. She took alot of time to examine me , give me detailed medical explanations and goes without saying she was very professional. I was a little emotional due to the pain I was in and she made me feel that this was okay and gave me the time I and support I needed to continue with my apppintment.This helped me feel relaxed the whole time I was there. Ive never had a cause of concern or complaint for Forrester St surgery as I feel all members of staff , Dr's and nurses have always honestly done their best Thankyou to ALL at Forrester St surgery !
Very disappointed with this surgery been struggling with severe back pain for over 4 years and every time I i get thrown over to physio which does not help now ehen I have asked for mri I get told they have process's in the hospital and will have to be reffered to physio again, I have advised them im struggling to even get out of bed in the morning unable to daily duties they dont care all they say book online consultation and when u do the appointment Is given 3 weeks ahead. And when I do attend its jot a Dr its always the ACP who I see who says im unable to answer your questions whats the pint of the appointment then
Went in today (31/03/2023) I was frightened and my heart rate was high. I was very nervous, I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the doctor taking a blood pressure and heart rate readings (He wasn’t a bad doctor I’m just not comfortable, with these sort of things.) I was then told I was going have my blood drawn and have an ECG done, I was still very nervous but I met this lovely nurse named Kate. She talked to me, reassured me and actually helped me calm down. She was very courteous and professional, and made the process go very smoothly and made everything feel reassuring.
Absolutely hopeless place and waste of time ! After we have been assigned to this practice we tried couple of times to get my wife screening done with no luck. All appointments we booked got cancelled on the day after we arrive there, as there was no nurses or doctors available.
Nurse Katie is a very good nurse She goes above and beyond to help you and doesn't rest till she's put your right She been brilliant helping me over last few months Thank you so much
My nan had an appointment with darra today(apologies if I spelt your name wrong) he was extremely helpful and made my nan feel at ease.. Thank you for providing such great genuine care for nan she really appreciated it. The lad on reception was also an absolute gent.. Thanks guys!
Absolutely shambolic. Went for COVID booster, massive queues wrapping around building and into car park. Elderly and disabled standing for ages with offer of chairs far and few between. Queuing again once inside, have to fill in paperwork even though you did it all online. I asked, as was fobbed off with "people turning up early, won't go back of line", not enough staff for vaccination". Could try tighter booking times?! No obvious separation between walk in and appointment. Maybe a course on logistics, how to escape a paper bag, might help?
