The staff really need to pay more attention to the bathroom at this location. I was shocked to find such a dirty public restroom. Usually, when a bathroom requires an entry code, itβs a sign that itβs well maintained but not here. It looked as if people had been spinning in circles while using it. Urine covered the entire toilet seat and the floor. The large, cheap rolls of toilet paper were placed directly against the dirty walls, and they were damp. I had no choice but to leave and try two other bathrooms. The second one, at SPAR, looked like a crime scene. The third was below average, but I somehow managed. Encountering three incredibly filthy bathrooms in a row in Belfast really stuck with me for a while (mental shock really) though thankfully, everywhere outside Belfast has been much better so far.

Ordered an iced coffee and a toastie, they made me the wrong drink. I said to them it wasn't what I ordered and the gormless fella at the till just went "oh" so I just took whatever they made me and left. Awful service

Iv been in a few times on a Saturday and think it's pure disgusting the way the manager speaks to the staff, iv heard them being shouted at for no reason. Not a way to treat staff especially when customers can hear. Manager should be sacked in my opinion

decent range of food and quick enough service but the staff are honestly some of the rudest people i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. apart from one man who was very very friendly. i asked for a caramel latte with oat milk and the young lady rolled her eyes at me. basically grunted at me when i asked to order a cookie for my partner. definitely will just go to starbucks or cafe nero next time.

Went to grab some coffee while waiting for a taxi, a lovely lady on the till (iβm assuming she was new), she was asking her male co-worker for a hand and he was extremely rude and abrupt to her even though she was trying her best. His name tag started with a C, his attitude was unacceptable and not customer friendly at all. I understand itβs hard working under pressure, but iβm sure the lady felt awful with his rude facial expressions and comments, I hope this lady gets the recognition she deserves. She was older and had glasses with short purple/red hair, she was lovely.
