Just picked up my son’s expensive puffa jacket having had the zip replaced. Absolutely amazing service. Looks like new and as though it has always been there. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough. Highly recommend.
The best dry cleaners and tailoring/alteration service I've come across in my life. I've now taken over 10 pairs of trousers in to be altered as well as regular dry cleaning. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the service (which is excellent), and my clothes have never looked better. I will always recommend Savilles over and above every single other place in the area. If you're unsure of where to go, go here!

I came into Savilles wanting a couture dress altered,to say I was extremely happy with the result would be an understatement ! Their in house tailor did a fantastic job and the stitching was to perfection !The service provided by front of house /the lady(and there was a male assisting another client) at reception,was fantastic,she was friendly yet professional. Going forward I shall definitely be coming here again this place was initially recommended by my neighbour who has been coming here for years!And I can certainly understand why ! They create a bespoke service and tailor to each clients’ needs,and that’s so important especially when it’s something as important as your clothes ! So Thank YOU ,you and your team were wonderful !

How you expect your Customers to Pay £17.00 for a Three Piece Suit to be dry cleaned is beyond me especially when the price was £13.00 for a three piece to be cleaned before last month. I can live with a 10% Increase. But that's over 25%! Won't be using your place in the future and will look elsewhere. Charging £4.50 for a Tie is ridicules as well.
