I brought these trousers to your store last weekend to be taken up ready for my holiday tomorrow. I came to collect them today and have just gone to put them in my suitcase when I realised they haven’t been taken up at all. So I have paid £20 for nothing and now don’t have the trousers ready for my holiday. Rubbish service!

Good service, but prices way above market rate. I was charged £25 for a suit and £8 for 2 shirts, when I have been to other london dry cleaners with equally as good standard, who charge half the price. Opening hours are also not convenient as it’s right during working hours. Customer parking is convenient.

Amazing. I was at a wedding where unfortunately someone spilt red wine down a new wool suit, white shirt and an antique silk jacquard tie. After visiting here it was all gone and all in a same day service. I would recommend Harlequin to everyone.

Always a pleasure to visit this business. I travel a long way because it is so well run. No where near me is half as good.

Please Avoid.. We rented the doctor rug from them , which upon arrival didn’t look very clean, but we still went ahead. When we got home it has leaked in our car, the draw on the machine was disgusting and still had black water inside it.. and dirt everywhere. We took it back after a couple of hours to show the photos of how it was left and how it just leaks .. and they went from saying they check it each time thoroughly , to TRY and check it each time… they only have two machines … If you are running a business then it should be checked. They had the cheek to say we were the ones who brought it back in a state.. Thankfully I took photos of the whole ordeal, from start to finish and doctor Rug have been great. I will stick to Asda and Tesco’s from now on, as before each service it is cleaned . Way more hassle than what it was worth !!
