I haven't used this place in about 8 years or so mainly due to costs. My usual ironing person was on holiday and I had amassed about 90 items. The lady I spoke to was lovley, really kind and helpful. My ironing was done to perfection and delivered on time by a lovley and extremely polite young man. Great to see that this business continues to give exemplary service. Thank you
UPDATED review as a laundry item previously suspected as missing was found in my home - my apologies. The dry cleaning review remains the same. The dry cleaning was fine, although I wish I was notified that the smaller separate items as part of my Asian outfit were to be charged separately (naive mistake made on my part - I thought the whole outfit would be dry cleaned as a whole (and charged one price), but the small shawl and bottoms were both charged separately). The customer service on the phone was great. The collection/delivery could be slightly more organised. Overall a good offering and service and great that they do collection and delivery so will use for laundry again soon.
Recently started using this company for my ironing and dry cleaning and not only do I find their prices competitive but the deliveries are always when promised by a friendly team. In a world where the new normal seems to be to deliver sub par customer service it’s nice to find a business still delivering on the old normal
I regularly use Thoughtful Services for my ironing and alterations and have done for years. Lovely staff and prompt, helpful service. It’s really convenient to have the collection and delivery service.
Ordered service on line but didn't receive copy of request so didn't know if request had been received until I got email the next day. Turned up and returned item on days requested and was able to take contactless payment.
Moved to Croydon Wednesday morning, starting a new job on Monday. Thoughtful Services collected half my wardrobe Wednesday afternoon and had them delivered, perfectly dry cleaned/ironed Friday evening!! Many thanks for a job well done. Will definitely be relying on this fantastic business in the future!
Ironing I have been using Thoughtful Services from their opening, a few or more years back and although I'm not a weekly customer, I ALWAYS use them when I'm up against keeping up with my ironing, they are professional, responsive and the ironing, like the first time I used them, are fantastic, first class, thank you Thoughtful Services, and thank you delivery man, again professional, helpful and, I even got a call,a few hours before it was delivered telling me how much it would be, enabling me to have money ready. I recommend to anyone and if I need other services in the future, I will visit here first. SUE
