   Recently visited the establishment to have a dress altered for an upcoming wedding. It took two visits to complete the alterations, and unfortunately, the dress was returned to me damaged. When I raised this issue, the response I received from the lady at the desk was simply, "It's the material of the dress." This lack of communication and accountability could have been avoided. Had I been properly informed, I would not have paid for alterations on a dress I can no longer wear—one that could have been returned instead, saving me both time and money. At no point was I offered compensation, and overall, the experience was very disappointing. Hope the person in charge can see this feedback and take responsibility. I do not recommend the place for this kind of services.

   Been going to Purley Dry Cleaners for the last few years and can honestly say it’s the best in the Purley area maybe all of Croydon nothing is to much for them and I’m always greeted in a friendly happy manor, My clothes are always ready on time and always so fresh/clean , it is also close to the train station which makes it so beneficial to pop in there with ease whenever I need to, if you want a reliable! Friendly! And 10/10 dry cleaning service it’s a no brainer use Purley Dry Cleaners! .

   My baby changing bag zip was broken and has been fixed for £6 :) Super reasonable considering a cobbler in Bromley tried to charge me £35...The staff were super friendly and smiley on drop off and collection even though it was closing time on a sat... and to top it off the elderly tailor who had fixed it was honest with pricing and clearly brilliant at her job and super cute. Thanks very much, great service :)... 5 days later it broke again... It's not meant to be!
