Only gave 1 star because i had to Absolute waste of time trying to call for over an hour and just kept saying they were busy.
Absolutely waste of time they do not help at all and seem to just take sides useless if you ask me should be shut down!!!
weekday number menu doesnt work right and receptionist was rude and cheeky and was no help as she directed us back to the other number basically sending us in circles and not helping the situation at all. absolutely criminal

All she told me was, to seek legal advice. I asked her to let me talk to the social worker who is involved in my daughter's case. She replied, no their is no case open. I haven't seen my daughter since 4th july. These people are useless to contact to.
