A great value stay. 3.5 star hotel Suite was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious.

It was pure chance that I ended up at this hotel, late at night. However, I must admit it was a lucky coincidence, because everything was fantastic. It was so pleasant, friendly, clean, and welcoming that I extended my stay in Wolverhampton and at this hotel. I must especially commend one of the night shift staff, who very efficiently checked me in on the night of my arrival and took care of all the extra amenities related to using the bar and kitchen. During my stay, I noticed that this particular lady, Kaja—that's her name—showed that, although she primarily manages the reception desk, she is an invaluable support to the rest of the staff. She was constantly helping someone with a problem, which usually stemmed from a lack of experience or knowledge. However, Kaja would solve the problem in a heartbeat, with a smile on her face, so you could feel the positive and friendly energy that emanates from her and spreads to the other staff. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is truly comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. I would especially like to thank Kai, who from the very beginning of my stay demonstrated commitment, extensive knowledge and concern for the satisfaction of her guests.

Was visiting Wolverhampton to get my classic car retrimmed by Aldridge Trimming and the hotel was convenient, reasonably priced and had a secure car park. Staff were friendly and helpful whilst the bedroom was a good size, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would recommend taking breakfast - it was excellent with a proper self serve Full English which even included fried bread. The only downside of my stay was being I was awakened at 330am by what sounded like one of those automated robot vacuum cleaners going up and down the corridors.

Great stay, we were able to check in early which we were very grateful for. Lovely, clean, fresh, well provisioned room. Waterfall shower and comfortable bed with good quality linen and sufficient pillows. The toilet was separate to the main bathroom which is a lovely feature. The bar/restaurant area was great for a relaxing coffee or drink (we didn't eat but the menu looked good). Staff were efficient and friendly, breakfast was superb (particularly the perfectly cooked poached eggs).

Really loved the room, very quiet couldn't hear any of the other guests. Separate toilet to the bathroom Super comfy bed. Plenty of space to work and lots of power points. Breakfast choices were excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful I'd definitely stay again if in the area. And would recommend it Secure parking which was gated. Awesome stay. Extremely pleasantly surprised

Tired rooms in need of refurbishment. My room hadn’t been cleaned properly when I arrived. Sat in the empty restaurant for 25 minutes before someone took my order. Then it took over an hour for two pizzas to come. Seemed like an inconvenience to the staff for eating there. Close to Molineux which was useful. The Wolves players stay the night before which added to the fun.

Big 'executive' room for the price of a standard room. Spotlessly clean but decor getting a bit dated and tired, which isn't really a problem when you are asleep. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Kindly allowed me to park and check in at 1115. Good breakfast (albeit at expense account prices).

I spent 3 weeks in a hotel for 90 pounds a day. all bills were paid by my employer. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. I didn't feel my unexpected period while sleeping at night, and there were blood stains on the sheets. I went to work, when I came back the bed was nicely made, but the sheet had not been changed to a clean sheet. I went to the check-in room and asked for clean towels and clean sheets to be changed the next day. they apologized and said they would change it tomorrow. The next day I came from work to the hotel. I saw that the towels had been changed to clean ones, but the bloody sheet had not been changed. So I had to sleep in my bloody sheets again. Staying in the hotel room for one full week, and this continued for other weeks, the carpets were not vacuumed. tables and cabinets, mirrors were not cleaned of dust and residual stains. the bathroom will not be washed with cleaning products. If you plan to spend a longer time in the hotel, you should bring your own cleaning products from home. here it seems like a maid's job, only making beds, folding towels and putting coffee with cookies in a dirty container..... And now a positive review - I really liked one waiter who was very kind and drew hearts and the sun. coffee latte. Then there was one young waitress at breakfast, very smiley, helpful and good... to the customers, and the service was wonderful. as well as the other breakfast instructors were helpful and kind.

It was a nice stay until going to breakfast. ... tables not cleared and re set ..... food buffet was terrible, people constantly having to wait for some food items to come out of the kitchen other food had been there so long it was dry and well passed it's best.
