   I’ve been going to Ken’s for years now and will never go anywhere else. Whenever I’ve had issues with my car they always help me out with advice on the phone or seeing me at short notice. Great customer service and highly recommended.

   Amazing service - I called up on Monday asking when they could get my car in for a clutch and flywheel replacement. Massive job. Got me in on Wednesday and they managed to identify, inform and fix the problem by Friday. Dead friendly bloke who gave me a good price for what was needing to be done. Car is now back on the road - would recommend!

   Took my car for an MOT and got a list of 12 serious failures. Was suspicious of the result considering last year it passed with 1 advisory which wasn't picked up at Kens. Its only done 3200 miles since last MOT. Took it elsewhere and the list of failures has been cut from 12 to 5. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go again. Yes there's stuff that needs doing but it feels like work being generated unnecessarily to compensate for a cheap MOT.

   This place is amazing, im a lady driver, have absolutely no idea on cars, but kens auto where ive been coming to for a couple of years now, they are fantastic, they do a great job, friendly, and really great prices, they don't rip you off, ive had other experience's with other garages and ive been overcharged, but i was recommended to go here, and im so glad i did, i wont go anywhere else. Great garage, lovely people.
