   This place used to be my absolute go to and I would recommend particularly their scones to everyone I know but today I went for the first time in a while and unfortunately my experience was absolutely ruined. Was greated by an absolut unfriendly woman not even getting a hello out and unable to smile all the time she served me. My Scone was OK but nothing special and served with basically frozen butter that I was not able to use if I didn't want a crumbly mess. Then I tried my Chai latte and I was unfortunately not able to drink it at all. It tasted burned and not like Chai at all just kind of bitter. I returned the full cup and made the staff aware that it was undrinkable but all I got back was a half asked oh right sorry about that. Won't be back. Not because I wasn't refunded but because of them being so unfriendly from start to finish.

   Clements on Rosemary St Belfast holds many fond memories as it was where my wife and I regularly met, returned today for a quick coffee as as per usual the quality of the coffee was great. Glad to see that the decor is in keeping with what it was like before keeping the wonderfully cozy atmosphere that we loved. Seats are perfect for getting away from the real world with a well made coffee. Sweet and savoury food available according to your taste buds with the traybakes not being too big. Their sausage rolls are great for sharing. Honestly the best local coffee shop around and they still make great coffee, call in and experience this hidden gem.

   Used Clements as a base for a group meeting. Guys in the shop were fantastic and went out of their way to facilitate us and to make us welcome. I only had water, but everyone else commented on the coffee. Great selection of scones and other treats. Highly recommended.
