   This beautiful pub and restaurant is an absolute find, so much so we had our wedding reception here. The location overlooking the most beautiful little harbour with stunning views from an outside deck area is well worth visiting for this alone however the main reason to go is the food it is exceptional, I have worked in 5* restaurants and hotels and can safely say this place is second to none, just wonderful. The staff are amazing, nothing is a bother whatever you want that's available to them they will get for you. Paul the manager went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and prior to it, anything we wanted he sourced for us. If you are looking for an absolute hidden gem off the beaten track head to this wonderful little picturesque pub / restaurant for excellent value for money, exceptional food and service also atmosphere then you're on to a winner here. We cannot wait to go back soon.

   This wee pub is a gem. Our local. Fabulous food. So tasty. I'd rather come here everytime than a big restaurant! The atmosphere is always inviting and friendly. They could do more with the upstairs though (in my opinion) as downstairs is always busy.

   Lovely Sunday lunch. Good view over the harbour and food well served by staff and tasty. Returned for another Sunday, 2 course, meal but was a bit disappointed with the roast beef which was not as tender as expected.. Overall, good place for a meal.. Chicken stack for Saturday dinner. Lovely with salted chili chips.

   We went here on a Thursday night which was steak night and booked for about 5pm. We were seated in a lovely area looking over the water but be aware if you're looking a quiet meal it could be hit or miss as the bar is right beside you and on this occasion there were quite a few regulars who'd had 1 too many and couldn't hear how loud they were shouting. So my mum had the fish and chips dad steak and chips and I had the steak with mash. The steak was beautiful chips looked homemade but weren't so avoid the mash was bland there was no flavour to it at all. Anyway the coleslaw was gorgeous and the pepper sauce and the fish. Overpriced but then its groomsport its as well we looked at the bill as they charged us for a pint and a glass of wine that we never had. Oh the desserts were lovely. Wouldn't rush back.
