First pub in northern Ireland after landing. Found it welcoming and open customers loud but friendly. Lager was crisp and tasty

Ignore the slighty shabby exterior, the stained glass windows inside on a sunny day are stunning and it’s a nicely laid out pub inside. It has a great community feel, chatted to some locals at the bar, they even had my favourite cider and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.

We just love this honest wholesome bar. The punters are welcoming and a good sort. The drink is always tasty and flowing while not damaging your pocket. Juke box on point and the atmosphere is generally what keeps you there for just one more, or two.

Traditional pub. A late night visit. Sat at the bar with the few locals in there. Could not have been made to feel more welcome. Back in Belfast next year. Going to call in again for a few more pints.

Was here on Friday night, had the pleasure of witnessing the supporters anthem. They had a short round gentleman with a large stomach stood on a table, they had nicknamed him "bass drum" The other men congregated round their bass drum and chanted, with real passion. Between each chant, they took it in turns to bash the bass drum twice, the short round gentleman grimaced dutifully. The anthem went "THE GLENS" (thump thump) "THE GLENS" (thump thump) The anthem rose to a climax with all the bass drums players punching in rapid succession, like machine fire, short and sharp "bap bap bap bap" while roaring "aaaaaaaaaaaahhhh GLENS GLENS GLENS "
