   First impressions wasn't great when i first walked in. Why ask where am i coming from? My curtains have been destroyed. No apology offered. No refund offered for these damaged pieces. Not even offered to fix it as it was damaged by them. They said they washed it four times. No duty of care. Avoid if you can.

   A 70-year-old Hermès Kelly bag that I inherited was expertly restored by Ducane. I had no expectations whatsoever because it has suffered severe damage and fraying from years of heavy use. But when Ducane examined the bag, I was really pleased with his proficiency. My expectations were wholly surpassed when I returned to pick it up. The bag appeared to be in excellent condition, and the broken parts had been gently repaired. I'm happy to be able to continue wearing this bag for many years because it holds a lot of sentimental meaning for me. Ducane is a talented craftsman with exceptional talent who can perform real miracles! Much appreciation

   I'm over the moon with the results after using this service to restore three antique rugs. VIP treatment. Extremely content. The gentleman went above and beyond to demonstrate physically over the phone how the carpets will be cleaned in addition to collecting, valuing, researching, and explaining the value and history of each antique rug. The finished product was lovely, the carpets were all clean and well-handled. Before-and-after pictures were taken, along with quotes about the work that was done. I firmly advise using this service
